Eggs: a well furnished fridge always has eggs, large eggs. Mushrooms, two varieties. Carrots. Tomatoes. Pesto. Fresh pasta filled w/ something. One aubergine. One zucchini. Apples, bananas, and mandarins. Fresh bread. Ham. Salami. Smoked salmon. A steak.
Turn on kettle.
Bring water to boil.
Pour over dehydrated noodles.
Eat.
